1. Where are my downloads?
Depending on the product you buy, you will find your downloads in one of the two download menus of our site: the top menu Descargas of the website or the download menu of your private area.
The Descargas top menu of the website hosts the following downloads:
- Punto y Coma audio and glossaries.
- El mundo en Español downloads.
- Spanish Sitcom downloads.
The menu in your private area hosts the following downloads:
- Punto y Coma digital PDFs, either subscriptions or single magazines.
- Textos Auténticos PDFs (and its corresponding MP3 audios).
- Activities for the classroom in PDF.
- Content in PDF and MP3 of the digital collections ( compressed .zip folder).

2. Why can't I access my downloads?
Before attempting to download the files you have purchased, please make sure you have logged into your account. You will not be able to download the files unless you are logged in to your account.
If you are logged in to your account and are still having trouble downloading your products, we recommend that you read the previous question Where are my downloads?. If the problem persists, contact us at comercial@hablaconene.com and we will solve your problem within 72 hours.
3. Where are my digital products?
If you have purchased any digital product: Punto y Coma digital magazine, Textos Auténticos or Digital Collections, you can download it yourself.
At checkout, the digital products will be automatically added to your account for you to download. Don’t wait for an email or message with the files, they will be in your account when the payment is made and the order is completed.

4. What format am I buying?
Some products include a dropdown menu to choose the audio format, length of the subscription or number of users or other eligible options . Pay attention to these elements before completing your purchase.
5. What is the difference between online and digital?
On the other hand, the digital format is downloadable. You can download your magazines and books in PDF format, and videos in MP4 format.

6. Why can't I access Área Online?
Before accessing Área Online, please make sure you arelogged in to your account. You will not be able to enter Área Online unless you are logged in to your account.

7. When will I receive my order?
Delivery times are as follows:
- España: Spain: 3-5 working days
- Europe: 10-15 working days
- Rest of the world: 20-30 working days
The shipping service does not include tracking.

9. When is "Punto y Coma" published?
The publication dates are between the 1st and 7th of those months. Due to production factors, the publication deadline may vary a few days from one publication to another.

You can do it through our website. You only need to choose the type of subscription you prefer: print, digital or online, add it to the cart and finish the purchase.

14. How can I access to Punto y Coma online or FULL ACCESS?
You have two ways to access FULL ACCESS:

15. Why can't I access to FULL ACCESS?
Before accessing FULL ACCESS, please make sure you arelogged in to your account. You will not be able to enter FULL ACCESS unless you are logged in to your account.

Libraries, schools, universities and companies
16. Can I request access by IP?
Yes, it is possible.
First, buy the license of the online product (Full Access o Área Online) corresponding to the estimated number of users who will access the content and then you just have to send us an email to comercial@hablaconene.com to request your IP access including your IP address or your IP range and we will enable your access in next 24-48 hours.
17. Can I get a personalized quote?
Of course. If the number of licenses for an online or digital product does not meet your needs, you want to combine several products or make a purchase for your group of students, write to us, explain what you need and we will send you a personalized offer.

18. Can I request an invoice without IVA (Spanish taxes)?
This option is only possible if you belong to the European Union and have an intra-community VAT number for this type of operation, or if you are a company or organization from other countries that do not belong to the European Union.
If you need an invoice for your company or educational center and you are outside of Spain, before placing your order on the web, send us an e-mail to comercial@hablaconene.com to request your invoice without VAT, including your billing address and VAT number (if you have it).
For orders placed on the web, once the payment is made, the invoices are generated automatically and these invoices cannot be modified once generated.
19. Where can I download my invoice?
You can download your invoice by accessing your orders in your private area.
